BE AWARE OF SCAM EMAILS!
To all our valued clients:
Please be aware of scam emails. We will never email you to ask for a deposit prior to commencing work or to advise of a change of banking details.
Be on the look out for poor grammar, spelling and an odd looking layout at the bottom of the email.
If you believe you have been contacted by a scammer, report it!
If you ever get an email, even if it's from someone or a business you know, that seems a little strange; you're right to be suspicious!
More often than not, it seems that our systems hacked by those that live overseas. This is notable by poor grammar and spelling.
While a service provider is at your property, getting details for your quote and they don't mention anything about needing a deposit prior to work, but you're then sent an email after you've accepted the quote, stating that a deposit it required.... well that's not quite right! Another red flag!
It always pays to be diligent and contact the business if you think even for a minute that something seems a slightly odd.
We thank all of our clients for being diligent.
