We've always loved bees here at Canopy Man Tree Care. We have come across hives during tree work and tree removals, where we have brought in someone to remove the bees and the bee hive after the tree has been brought down and rehomed them.

We have our very own bee hive at our family home in Macclesfield (Adelaide Hills) and now have the gear required for caring for the bees.

So now we have the gear and ability to remove bee hives from trees while the tree is still standing! Being a tree climber is helpful when relocating bees from trees! This will cause less distress for the bees. Having your home crash down from a height would be quite stressful we reckon!

If you have bees in your tree and want them removed; either rehomed into your own bee hive in your garden or taken off site and rehomed elsewhere, give us a call!

If you have bees in your tree, this could mean you have a great habitat hole for birds or other tree climbing animals (that is when the bees aren't in there!).

Did you know that bees can travel kilometres from the hive to collect nectar? Pretty cool!

There have been instances where tree removal has commenced and during the tree work, it's only then discovered that there are bees inhabiting the tree. Work is then paused while someone can come to site to remove the bees. Once the bee hive has been removed and the bees have settle, work can recommence.

So when you hire Canopy Man Tree Care, you'll have the peace of mind knowing that we have the equipment necessary for removing the hive ourselves, lessening the time and cost of the tree removal! Win!
